1. Custom Products Policy

• All custom jerseys and made-to-order apparel are produced according to buyer-approved designs, sizes, and specifications.

• Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

2. Eligibility for Return or Claim

A return or claim may be considered only if:

• There is a manufacturing defect (printing error, fabric fault, stitching issue).

• The delivered product does not match the approved sample or specification.

3. Claim Process

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos or videos of the issue

• Description of the problem
