• Apparel sourcing & buying house support

• Custom sports jersey production

• Sublimation printing services

• Merchandising & order coordination

• Quality control & inspection

• Logistics & shipment assistance

All services are provided based on mutually agreed specifications, pricing, and timelines.

3. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or official message).

• Design, fabric, size, color, quantity, and pricing must be approved before production.

• Once production starts, order details cannot be changed without written approval.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted based on order specifications and quantity.

• Any additional requirements or changes may result in revised pricing.

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.

• Production may begin only after payment terms are fulfilled as agreed.

5. Sampling & Approval

• Samples (if required) will be developed for buyer approval.

• Bulk production will proceed only after sample approval.

• Approved samples will be considered the quality reference for bulk production.

6. Production & Delivery

• Production timelines are estimated and depend on order volume, design complexity, and factory schedules.

• RAIN Clothing Bangladesh is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, port congestion, customs issues, or shipping carrier delays.

• Delivery timelines will be communicated clearly before shipment.

7. Quality & Inspection

• Quality checks are conducted according to buyer-approved specifications.

• Minor variations within acceptable industry tolerance may occur.

• Any quality concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

8. Returns & Claims

• Custom-made products are not returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

• Claims must be submitted with clear evidence (photos/videos) within the agreed claim period.

• Resolution will be handled professionally through discussion and mutual agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and artwork provided by clients remain the property of the respective client.

• RAIN Clothing Bangladesh will not use or share client designs without permission.

10. Confidentiality

All client information, pricing, designs, and business details are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

RAIN Clothing Bangladesh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the agreed scope.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
